Somemore does the fixture & fittings really cost that much(25k-30k)?? It depends on the space of the shop wasn't it? Somemore we still needs to finds the location as well. From the list, it seems too exp

yes, the fixtures will really cost that much...unless you setup a shop that is very plain.

Franchise always cost a bomb.

too exp liao, the problem is dun even know whether can survive for 1 yr anot. It takes how many yrs to earn back the 70k??

If I've the money, I rather decorates the place that looks more like a high class comic shop :laugh: Of course with reasonable price lah.... Where did I gets those money..haiz... :(
