Our attempt at customising pinkys

2day some of us(jankdev,kiddo29,fireviewer and myself) get together and tried something we nv try b4..Tats to customise pinkys!Below are some pictures of our 1st tryout.....

It's been a tough but enjoyable experience for us..At least nw we noe it's nt easy to do it..Mebbe we'll get 2gether soon to carry on this customising work.. :D

U all used bootlegs for customising? U all used what materials for the bent knees? Colors?
The body-legs are from PK005 right?

The one on the left has hair of Rei Pinky, head of PK009, body of PK008 and legs of PK009?
The one on the right has hair of PK009, head of PK004, skirt and legs of PK007?

Yah, there are. And the ironic part is that big shops like CC sells them lor. L-)
Wont recommend bootlegs for collection, for customise will be just nice. :shooting:

Hmm, yea some are bootlegs but which ones i cannot remember. Tamiya putty for the legs, as for the colours, we used water based acrylic paint

If i got go Tiong Bahru Plaza this wk, i see for u if the CC has anymore. The last time i went(3wks ago), i rem still have.

So u all simply cut then used putty on the legs? Any steps by steps procedure to follow?

oops, actually it was jankdev who was doing the hard work of modding the leg, i see see nia but essentially just cut and putty then need a sculpting tool (can buy from bras basar) to neaten the putty.

How abt the skin color to apply to the "putty area"? U guys managed to find the color nearest to the one Pinkys' skin? :D
