Now with all these new titles coming up, dun noe whether jade dynasty got enough manpower to mantain the quality of the comics. The last few issues of long hu men, shen bing have all seen a drop in standard liao.

Sounds like bad news to me. Really need to clarify this. If 何志文 ever joins JD, then it really a wrong move made by 何志文. Come on who ever joins JD will face a lot of restriction. You want to do comics in JD, you do it tony wong's way.
Yes, IMO tony wong acts like a dictator in JD, you don't follow his orders, you are finished. You have no freedom at all. This is the impressions I have got, all comic creators under JD are like puppets to tony wong.
Pls, I really hope this doesn't happen. 何志文 IMO is one of the few Hounorable HK comic creators left...:(

I don't think he will be joining them, most probably like on contract basis of working together, just like what Seto is doing. This way, they are saying that comic artists don't have to bother will things like advertising, manpower etc etc....and can concentrate on drawing.

I tink 何志文 most prob doing contract basis like seetoh, since he is still doing 书剑. For details whether he drawing i oso not very sure, but i tink there will b more news coming up in the respective columns and ads in JD comics. (Btw, anyone collecting 四大 got see the toby column?)

As to y work with JD, i tink a comic artist oso needs to earn a living mah & i tink JD got lots of $ loh:)

At least he zhi wen can concentrate on drawing the comics & no need to worry abt advertising, admin stuffs, sales, breakeven, market response etc. JD will handle that for him. Its diff if he use his own money to tink of a new title.

Yeah I'll gets this title too since I always support 何志文 since Jue Dai Shuang Jiao. Gives my 150% support oh his work.

Seriously speaking, I never seen any signs of inconsistent drawings from him. He is better than anyone under Tony Wong. I thinks only Ma Sir can par up with him though their styles are totally different :)

Issue 1 is out. The style is very anime style and I personally would prefer it to be in thick version, small size :D

I think they have put in some effort for the story because at least there is a background described for readers. Its been a long time since they did that. Colour is very vibrant and artwork is more simplistic than normal HK comics.

Can't comment much as its the 1st issue, but I will support it :hello: :hello:

don really like this kinda manga style HK comic as well.....remember years back once got few titles oso use this type of colouring method....but i think comic still got lines and stokes better....too plain....not interesting...and the story...ermmm....i think so so nia leh......:(

u oso know loh...how long ago they release 超神 .... to me when i read 笑傲星河...i feel like i'm reading 超神...i mean after all these years...no improvement one meh?? a bit disapointed lah......according to "mr WANG"...this is the platform for them to release animation in the future and he intnded to venture into motion graphic industry....but i mean...why waste time to show off such a title (with the similar technic and style that hv been released years ago....) shld spend more time and $$ and concentrated on the animation mah......well...juz my 2 cents anyway....:)

Really unexpected. Up till now, I still quite like this title. Did they mentioned any reasons for ending the issue? Maybe He Zhi Wen cannot take it since he is releasing Jue Shi 2 :thinking:

Most probably. They just briefly mentioned that "it was supposed to be a short title", which obviously is a white lie. Luckily can still look forward to Zhi Wen's Jue Shi 2.
