Do you believe in luck kind of thingy?

I never believe but through the years i started to wonder its true, why i said that.

Since i have been workin for 10 years i put some of my CPF in equity and stocks and some cash saving to buy. Do you believe out of the 14 stocks i bought, 5 went "bust", blue chips somemore.........and whatever i bought, i always went down and whatever i sold, its shoot up immediately...... :red:

I also lost $$ in other areas, like doing small business, misplacing it, con by people etc...... :red:

Anything that got to do with losing $$ i seems like have a stake in it........What a luck :cry:

All my friend also pity me.... :bang:

better dun touch any stocks if u had the money.. It gets burn easily boss..

Perhaps u really need to visits Thailand to pray those 4 face buddha for better luck :)

I used to think stocks cant touch, but changed after reading some books. I still did not touch it yet because I dun know them well.

luck..I dun think I have, especially Heng Cai, after one 4D strike 4 years ago, nothing comes in :(

I never buys any 4D or Toto myself. Only joins my fren once in a time when in camp.

After ORD liao, never thought of buying. Chances is really low that I won't be buying them till I get a stable job :D

For example, when you shift to a new home, would you get a Feng Shui master to take a look at your new premises...? :)

I truely believes in luck and feng shui this kind of thing....I mean i ll try to believe wat others said, this cannot do that cannot do, but movin house then engage one feng shui master think i got no budget for this kind of thing....

And i definetely dun have those "hen cai" life....

I believe in luck, and I know I don't have luck with 横财 one, so I never gamble. :D

Even when playing simple card games, once money is involved, I will lose, which is extremely weird coz I seldom lose or maybe only 1 out of 20 games... :(

Therefore no matter how tempted I am to bet on something, I tell myself, 没有赌就是赢. :)

i believe in LUCK and FENG SHUI. I kinda PAN TANG fellow also ! :D

one of e reason is tt im in sales. althou hardwork plays an important part . . . LUCK and FENGSHUI as well.

3 wks ago, my div boss invited a FENGSHUI master to have a look at our dept after we ve just renovated and get e master to help go thru our office seat position for each and every one of us.

for HENG CAI, I dun ve LUCK in 4D but TOTO and SOCCER, still got strike a little.

LONEWOLF boss, for investment in stocks/ unit trust, its not so on luck at times. it also depends on the analysis of the particular stock, industry, first hand news if any :thumbsup:

in short, investment in stock/ unit trust has calculated risk but 4D/ TOTO . . . its pure LUCK !

haha, i believe in luck, but luck play very little part in it. if it happens that the thing falls on you, its yours. but delligence, persistent and patient pays off better than luck. liked one of my mottos. if it happens that you are lucky, its bonus.

Haha... after read through the post.. One commonality is, for those toys collectors, seems like a mjaority of them doesn't have the 'Heng Cai'... Well, me too..Pathetic, has to work extra hard for the money to finance my collection...:D

I dont think feng shui as something to improve ur luck, but i feel feng shui is something to make u feel calm and smooth "shun" when applying the theory on ur house

One question to those who invited the geomancer to view your house, after hearing the comments for improvements. Do you guys/ladies feel comfortable or reasonable to do according to the comments by the geomancer...? :)

Reason is because there are some friends I know who invited a Geomancer to view their new home and insisted that they do the arrangement to suit the 'FengShui', but it seems like its against their initial intention of the design for their new home...:)

I know my uncle after getting a geomancer to re-renovate his house, bought a new fridge and tio 4D using the fridge's receipt number and then using the windfall to buy TV, won air tickets to HK in the lucky draw. It all happened end of last year.
