Hi all,

Most of you may have seen this link called "Journal" on the navigation bar, so what actually is it?

A more common term nowadays is blog, short form of weblog, which allows anybody to keep online entries of whatever stuff they want just like a diary, but not so private as anybody can view it.

So what is the difference between a blogging system and the one you see here? In terms of usage, I really can't tell since I have never blog before and have not really tested this system yet. But to have journal system in place, it builds a stronger bond between members of the forum as you know that people reading your entry are people you "know" in the forum. Rather than joining a humongous blogging site and post something you don't know if anyone will ever read, why not share with your fellow members?

Although it may not be so comprehensive as a blogging system, we hope that this additional feature can be useful and fun for some of you out there.

Currently only members with 10 posts and above are able to create a journal and put your talent to work.

Why 10 posts? Preferably, we hope that only members who have participated in forums can have this feature. But the fact is that I haven't done an auto process for this, so will need to assign 1 by 1 a journal. And you guess it, I am a bit lazy to add all members at one shot, so only 34 members got it now :D

I will do it for the rest asap, meanwhile if you have hit 10 posts and cannot create journal, please PM me.

Here's a good site with journal system for your reference:

Enjoy!!

and of course....no explicit discussions or materials please ;)
