Joy! C&C lives again! And I mean something that predates Command & Conquer by quite a fair bit ...
Fans of the classic knock 'em down game Crossbows & Catapults can rejoice with a new, updated version pitting knights against orcs (vikings and barbarians is yesterday's thing :p).
I had no idea about this until I saw the starter set and expansion packs on sale at the Vivocity TRU. The website is here: http://www.mooseworld.com.au/content/battleground/orc/home.aspx

There are new rules, and interesting new weapons like the battering ram and mortar (that fires a bouncy rubber ball). About the only problem is that at the moment, there's no way to buy additional blocks or warriors without buying the expansion sets. I guess I could use the bricks and figures from my vintage set though.
I tell you, I am going to sell off my Megabloks Dragons stuff, and get these babies instead. Someone please tell me when TRU has a general sale :p
[Add] Jason, are you reading this? Looks like an Aussie thing - are they cheap over there or what? If got go shop shop then lmk the prices are like how la ... I forgot to take down the SG price though, solly solly ...
