About the Speedpost code.

I have send a package to my friend in denmark using speedpost becuase the packages are heavy...

So Singapore Post ask me to ask my friend to call the Denmark post office to collect or what. when she called the denmarl post, they said that they do not use the code that Singapore Post use. O_o.

what is going on man!

And that the denmark post do not know that they were needed to be contact about the package that I have send to her.

Correct me if I am wrong. When the parcel from a country reaches another country, they are assigned another code of the destination country. If you tried to check the status of the parcel at the destination country's postal service using the origin parcel, you won't be able to get it.

I also thought that the post office need not be contacted about the parcel. When it arrived, they will just send it to the destination, the receiver don't even have to know about the code at all.
