Yesterday , my friend and I were having this debate. Should we eat fruits before or after meals?
One of my friend highlight that we should eat fruits before meals; as we eat fruits with empty stomach, the stomach will adsorb more vitamins and minerals as compare to having fruits after meals
Where else, my another friend think that, it is Ok to have fruits after meals, as they still will adsorb the benefits of fruits.
So what you think?

its supposed 2 b fruits before yr meal - e minerals will then get absorbed into your body.

i usually eat fruits after 30mins from the meal.

Go ask the doctors, they will tell u before.
1) U absorb the nutrients better.
2) U will be half fulled so u will not be able to eat proper meals. Which is actually a good thing coz fruits are healthy anyway.

But the correct way is to eat before meals, reasons are as the guys here mentioned.
eat fruits before meals, cos your normal meals takes longer to digest so if you eat fruits after meal immediately, your body wouldnt have a chance to benefit from it & the fruits by the time it got digest had lost most of it's nutrients.
if you wanna eat fruits after meal, do it 2 hrs after your meal.

For MAXIMUM Results:
Eat Before Meal -> Papaya (High Dietry Fibre)
Eat During Meal -> Green Apples (Acidity Breaks Down Food Easily For Digestion)
Eat After Meal -> Oranges (Citric Fruits for Vitamins) or Banana (High Potassium)
So when you take a crap you will not have constipation BUT because some fruits have laxative qualities,
Lets just say its like opening the dam all at once.

Durian was too heaty, don't consume too much.
Esp when you fart, the smell is terrible :laugh:
