been quiet here in hobbyhype. Let me start a topic for bros and sisters to join in sharing your views.

Of cos in our life time so far, everyone of us told a lie (at least once) before. be it white lies or truth lies...i think everyone of us did it before.

have anyone come across people who are habitual lier? i do come across someone, and its really scary when u realised it. cos usually these kind of people will normally look very innocent and simple on the outside. but when u know the darker side of them..its so scary..

of cos i am no angel myself, i am not always honest..but these people, they are quite extreme..and most of them are woman (no offence to any woman out there)

share your views and experience!!:supz:

lies...

I would say everyone single human soul in a modern society will lie. It could be a harmless lie, a white one. It could be so evil devious to the extend of making the victim bankrupt or cause deaths.

Problem is, does the liar know that he/she is lying? Some, it could be an illness, they do not realise they are lying lying. Where else some could be lying for a living.

I am no saint myself. I know i lie alot, but thankfully they dun really kill or harm one badly badly. (i think...:pray2: )

"Ah boy, you have girlfriend or not?"
"No ma, i find local gals irritating. I will go 7-11 buy one when i have time"

"Mr XXX, are you doing the work i gave you last wk?"
"Yes boss, its going on smoothly. No worries"

"Hey bro! Where are you?! U are late liao lah!!!"
"Traffic jam lah. On the way le, on the way. :P "

Yes I have sene someone like this. I don't know if it is habitual or like what kazuki says, a form of illness.

I can't really say that this guy is lying on purpose, but he just don't want to tell the truth, even though it may be something like "How much did you buy this for?", and he will say "5 dollars", even though its 3 dollars. It just make you wonder when you found out the truth that what can he achieve by saying that.

Sometimes they are just not confident of themselves, and is worried that people take advantage of them, that's why they tend to "not tell the truth" in case others may use the info against them.

well, i know of this girl, she somehow is also like this .... at first..when u look at her from the outside. she looks so simple and innocent.but as i know her more...she seems a complex person. she is not as real as she seems. and she have this habit of making up stories and lotsa excuses..

at first she will tell u she have to do a project bcos her trainer last min gave her a project to be done by next week. telling me if i dont belive her, den she got nothing to say.....

den few days later, she will tell u honestly that its actually her parents matter etc...

if she is alredy lying in the first place, why make herself as if she is really telling the truth by saying "if u dont believe me, den she got nothing to say"...

sometime these kind of ppl makes me very scared...and as i say, i am not perfect too...i tell lies also.but if its bcoming a habit and something which u think its normal..den its like a illness...

Actually, if you know that she is a habitual liar then its ok since you know she almost always lies. At the end of the day, the lie will get back at her since no one will believe her anymore. Just don't take her too seriously.

No offence taken. Is this abt bgr???

If it is, shouldnt u be glad that u found out early before u actually got yourself in deeply? Imagine only after both of u got together then u realise that she is not always honest with u, wont u feel even worse?

Maybe i can say i understand how u feel. I had such "accident" before too. It was painful, but what can we do? Its either we keep crying over it, or we stand up strong and go on with our life.

Ok. Whats above was something from u or my side's of view. Have we tried looking from her side???

Maybe she is trying to excuse herself from whatever u asked her? A date?
Maybe she really have her reasons to tell that lie? Family Problems?

Whatever the case is, if u feel u are badly affected by this "lie" and u wish to clear it up. Why dun u ask her out for a good chat? It could be a chance for u to know her even more.

I think u are also a hide lover (me too), so i hope u can be strong like our idol.

Superzeroes - At least she tells you frankly about the excuses she tells you earlier.

Sometimes 善意的謊言 is good rather than you know the truth ;) Don't take it to heart :)

yoyo.
actually this topic is not abt BGR or whether being rejected or wat. its more abt sharing experience that dat you hv encountered over ppl who are habitual liers.

Cos i suddenly felt its something very dangerous if it is not delt wif or looked into seriously...

Once u become too extreme..it might developed into something very negative i guess...opsss..suddenly like so serious...sorie..:supz:

dn worrie abt me bros...me doing fine..haha:nah:

I'm a liar

Is that the truth?

If no, then i lied about being a liar

If yes, then i admitted to being a liar

Its all relative
