Sure or not ... I mean if you can't zhng your car to have extra lights and stuff because it's supposed to be a distraction to other road users, then what about covering your m/bike wif sunflowers?

I frankly think he's breaking some regulations somewhere, but mebbe LTA so far give him face for putting in so much effort :powerhead ... then again, now that he's become a celebrity, mebbe someone will smack him down ...

guys guys.. if u wanna c him, every morning, 10 am along serangoon rd towards upper serangoon, just after boon keng rd, he will parked his bike n at e rd side n go into a particular shop selling rubbers or machine parts thing. i hav seen him numerous times since i lived around tat area. he caught my attention 2 when i 1st saw him =D>
