One is Zanki, so call the sensei of Todoroki....If i m not wrong, only color difference for the toy....:)

There are 3 main characters.

Hibiki - Plays Drum
Ibuki - Trumpet
Todoroki(Green) - Guitar

Zanki(bronze) is the sensei of todoroki, whom retired at the beginning of the show due to medical reasons.

Umm actually there are tons of Onis in the story but mainly concentrate on Hibiki as the main lead, Ibuki and Todoroki as the second place.

The difference in Todoroki (silver/green) and Zanki (Bronze/green) is as the others said, Zanki is the sensei. Although he retired early but he return to be an Oni when Todoroki got injured very badly. He even cast a forbidden spell to be able to fight for Todoroki until the moment Todoroki proof that he is ok.

Other than colour, there finishing move and main weapon is also diff.
Zanki's actual main weapon in OngekiGen Retsuzan (very rarely can see. only can see after he pass retsurai to todoroki, red and black in colour) while Todoroki's is OngekiGen Retsurai (green/silver) .

Finishing move of Zanki is actually: OnGeki Zan Raiden Zanshin
Finishing move of Todoroki: OnGeki Zan Raiden Gekishin

do look out for neighbourhood bookshops. or even grocery shops. i got my disc animals, green gorilla and golden wolf from a grocery shop for 14.90 each. sad to say, those are the only two they have. but according to my friend who lives in serangoon, he spotted EX movie disc animals, and EX all red disc animals selling around the area. Forgot the price, but definately cheaper then what shopping centers are selling.

Zanki is damn man. Even if his eyebrows a bit plucked.

One of the reasons why I like KR Hibiki is cos Hibiki is man and Zanki is man. Not like the other recent KR series hero is all small boy in short pants one.

There alot of riders for this series but the 4 we see most often are Hibiki, Ibuki, Zanki and Todoroki.

At first, before Hibiki learns to ride, he was drove ard in a red van, Shiranui.
Later he rode the bike Gaika.

Ibuki rides Tatsumaki.

Zanki and Todoroki drives in a green van, Raiden.

Seems strange to be reviving this thread, but...

...Kamen Rider merchandise have appeared in toy stores...or at least, the Toys'R'Us in the Paragon, which I visited just today. The items didn't have the price affixed on them yet too.

Time for me to get the SH figures. :D

Kanbe Miyuki（神戸みゆき）, who played Tachibana Hinaka in Kamen Rider Hibiki, passed away due to heart failure on 18th June 2008, at the age of 24.

She had been trying to make a comeback, hoping to get into the fashion industry, due to ill health back in February and as a result, unable to perform in the musical 'Les Misérables'.

Her life's too short...may she rest in peace.

Heard this is being sold for $170 now ... so much for 6,300 yen! Seems a lot closer to the initially-reported 12,800 yen pricetag.

It'll probably be a good investment if the other limiteds are anything to go by, but I'll pass lah. Not that I could get one anyway, what with me being slow hand slow leg all the time :pig:

Well, I don't see why not ... I mean, from a design POV the armour is substantially different, and from an investment POV, going by the trend for limited edition SICs, the price for this is likely to rise with time.

I've finally opened my Warring States Hibiki.

First Impressions, wah... Paid a lot for so little, not much in terms of packaging, accessories are ok. Comes with Hibiki's Sword, his drum sticks, disc animals, a few hands.

Sculpt, Very well done, as the boxes aren't clear, I couldn't check for paint defects or anything when buying it, but I happy to say, paint job is excellent. Joints are all good and tight, the body seems rather sturdy.

Pose, not too bad, but the armored shoulder piece restricts arm movements, can't do a overhead chop, also it makes the figure look like it doesn't have much of a neck..lol. Armored skirting around the waist also restricts the range of poses that can be achieved.

Overall, one of a better SIC figures I own, good sculpt, good paint application, tight joints. Decent amount of accessories. Only bad point is the lack of a clear window to inspect the figure or to display MISB.
