Sorry this has nothing to do with odex vcds,
but I bring news of Odex anime DVDs.
Laser flair seems to be taking preorders of
-Fullmetal Alchemist DVD boxset 1 ( 4dvds, 14 episodes )
-Chrno Crusade DVD boxset 1 ( 3dvds, 12 episodes )
Both come with japanese and mandarin langauge track
, and BOTH english ,chinese subtitling.
If you don't believe me , check out the laser falir outlets,
they have the empty packaging for display purposes.
