Sketching classes?

Im sure many around here can sketch quite a bit.I myself is tryin to pick up the skill but it seems like i dun have much talents.>.<

Had been sketching some anime pictures and i was hoping to learn how to draw real people.
By any chance wld u guys know bout classes for beginners to learn drawing?
Would like to know bout market rate per lesson also.From wad i checked theres this scraping class thats 30 per lesson with all the materials provided.
