Hey I read about http://www.dabao.sg from Cruz's site (http://cruzteng.com) and this site (http://www.chubbyhubby.net/2006/11/door-to-door.html). Has anyone tried their service yet?

Agree too, it is too expensive for a local dish. Usually I ended up order Mac while I'm on duty:D

Oh I finally found someone that uses the service -- my company orders our dinner thru daobao when we OT yesterday. It's pricey, but it's a good thing my company is paying and we get to choose from a menu with a lot of varieties -- western food, claypot, mee goreng etc. I ordered seafood horfun. Strangely they didn't have the normal type of horfun on the menu. It tastes terrible. Western food looks nice, I think I'll order that next time.
The meals are delivered in whatever packaging they were bought in. Unfortunately they are not labelled, so I had to open up one package at a time to find my seafood horfun. I wish they would label them, at least on the pastic bags.
not worth to pay so much, eat a set meal of mac or BK more worth it
when reading the title I still thought where got sell nice Da Bao (big pork bun)
well, they are suppose to be 'runners' who team up with certain hawker stores to sell their stuff. so it's like ta pao-ing from the stall... literally. i won't be suprised if the horfun become soggy and mushy.

Yeah, I'll rather order McDonalds too. Ha ha ha, it never occurred to me as big pork bun until you've mentioned it.

The taste was bad. And since they are runners, I didn't get to pick the stall they bought from, so I'm relying on them to pick what's good. Unlike say if i ordered from a specific stall, I'll get what I expect.
The only + i can see is convenience.
