Seen this before? Artifical blood which cost S$500+ per small package (I guess around 200ml). I will never forget this "man-made wonder" which prolong my late mother's life as there was a shortage of type B blood some years back.

In which is science lacking now? (of course, forget the paranormal stuff because science can't prove it for nuts)

Man-made blood. Now if I had that in my system and I bled, would my blood be white?

i wonder too. but i guess it'll be pink instead since you won't be replacing all your blood with this stuff:laugh:

kinda reminds me of the androids in ALIENS. they also got 'white' blood.

Nah Dio, the artifical white colour blood will not turn your normal red blood into pink colour, I 100% sure of it. You see pink colour blood when you have your lungs bleeding out as the blood is highly enriched with oxygen.

I think he's refering to mixture of colours... ie red + white = pink :)

Yeah, I know he is refering to the mixture of 2 colours but stating some facts for people to know better. This Oxycyte (Artifical blood ) thing is great stuff as one does not need to worry over any blood type differents and speed up the recovery process of the patient.
