No lah, they're not that big lah, around 8-9cm. This is part 31 of the Kamen Rider series. It's 200yen each, set of 6.

This set I must say is quite good. There's another one which hibiki is holding a stick ready to used his super move, when you put the moster that comes with this set as well. U can form a scene. 8-)
