My order had juz arrived from Kino.
The Chinese name is Qui Chan Shi Jang.
This is the same Artist as Jia He Ren Fa Tie, Masaki Segawa.

Flip thr the 1st issue, the art is nice but haven't read thr the story yet.
The story ends in 4 books.
