Any personal faves from you guys?


I best oyster omelette i have so far that is nearby (for me!) is in Bukit Batok West Ave 6,
Blk 156, near the market place.

I haven't met those really good ones yet. But favourite is a small shop at Old Airport Market, quite crispy. :)

Its realli hard to find nice ones, usually got cheated kind of feeling, all eggs and less than 5 "orh" on a plate....:beatup:

Wah than you must come west side liao. I eat orh luah but i cant stand oysters. Guess what, the shops here put alot of them and they are those big big kind one:bang:. Umm actually quite a few shops here in west like this one.I go check out the actual address than post again.

I like my Oyster Omelette ultra crispy and lottsa of eggs. Have oysters or not, not that impt coz i dun really that "seafood" smell also...

Hmm... I wonder if you guys ever went to Malacca and tried the Oyster Omelet there. Its almost as oily as compare to local but the oyster is the difference. Those in malacca doesn't has the big big oysters, but rather smaller ones, similar to the size of the cockles. Very tasty but rather heaty..

As for local ones, haven't really come across one that deserves my attention as yet. They are either too oily or too starchy or too dry....:D

Not sure abt the blk lei, but the famous fishball noodles hawker there. Is near the road one. Any idea?

i think u all are refering to the bedok north ave 2, blk 511 makan place...the orh luah there nice...so far nicest i found in east sgp......the mee suah there oso nice.....must try must try.....

Ok tried the Fried Qyster in Bedok Blk 85 hawker place. I give it a 6.5/10 becoz is too soft. It shd taste more chrispy. The hawker place is veri crowded yar.

Tampines st 21 blk 201 de~~ however the uncle cooked.. depends on mood...
sometimes very nice.. sometimes not nice.. therefore me and bro always order one plate tested out nice anot before getting another plate :laugh:

The one at Zion Rd hawker centre (near National Stadium) also not bad. U can get a quite big serving for $3.

My dad told me telok blangah area got a ord luah store by an ah pek, very very nice. Is it happened to be this u are talking abt?

Can give me its more exact address or blk? Then maybe at night i hungry can go look for supper there.:D

My grandma lives there so perhaps this might be a new excuse to visit her. :D

the hawker in blangah rise. I think there's only 1 hawker.

I just asked my dad liaz. Ya, he says thats the only stall there. And it always open till quite late.

There's one nt bad at Tampines.. opp the veri big police post building.. cant rem is tamps ave 8 or wat.. one bus stop away frm st hildas.. tt one nt bad..
