The solicitation for the issue reads:

The issue is due in stores on July 6th.

okay i fess up that i bought this issue was Frank Cho drawing of Shanna the She devil. Man, she is so sexy. I liked the way he drew the female form. The story is set in a alternate prehistoric world. As i missed out the first few issues of the mini-series, it would be unbecoming to review this miniseries but overall, Shanna is the worth the price of admission

Yeah, Frank Cho draws some of the most beautiful women in comics, I'm waiting for the TPB for this series.

i think she is in savage land. story talks about her begining(so her beau and the cat is not in the picture) but as i don't have the issues become, i can't give you a clearer write-up

Oh so this is kinda like a Shanna Year One story. Maybe at the end of the series she'll meet the wild man and the big cat.

i.e those 4 issue in a semi-hard cover, like those that kino sell?

Those are call TPB as Ric has mention, think not out yet :|

Nope it's not compiled into TPB yet cause the series has not complete.

Another thing is if the series is popular, they'll compiled it into hardcover firstbefore releasing a softcover edition a few months later.

...and if they do make a hardcover, maybe they'd include interesting behind the scenes notes and preliminary sketches too.

Those raptors sure are a bunch of losers, a horde of them can't even overcome 2 puny humans! =))

Yo Gogetter!

Actually the raptors are all trying very hard to "eyeball" Shanna but when they get too close to stop and stare they get hacked to bits.

Shanna with machetes---Bad! Shanna without killing instruments---good!
