Main changes (other than size) include:
1. plane nose tip folds in for robot mode
2. plane tail fin folds in additionally for robot mode
3. chest cannons actually point forward now
4. lack of a hand gun piece
5. additional crown
6. additional force chip
7. Right side weapon is now a cannon instead of a blade
8. electronics (light and sound)
9. Force Chip slot on the back has no gimmick

I'm liking it!

Ultimate Earth Mover

This is the largest earth mover in the world..... built by the German company, Krupp, and seen here crossing a federal highway in Germany en route to its destination (an open-pit coal mine). It is cheaper to move the thing like this, than to construct or reassemble onsite.
Specifications:
The mover stands 311 feet tall and 705 feet long.
It weighs over 45,500 tons
Cost $100 million to build
Took 5 years to design and manufacture
5 years to assemble.
Requires 5 people to operate it.
The Bucket Wheel is over 70 feet in diameter with 20 buckets, each of which can hold over 530 cubic feet of material.
A 6-foot man can stand up inside one of the buckets.
It moves on 12 crawlers (each is 12 feet wide, 8' high and 46 feet long).
There are 8 crawlers in front and 4 in back. It has a maximum speed of 1 mile in 3 hours (1/3 mile/hour).
It can remove over 76,455 cubic meters each day. (100,000 large dump trucks at 40yds. each)
Suddenly I'm impressed.

I was at OG Albert this afternoon. Saw thay they had a Transformers Cybertron display at a cabinet. With a coming soon in july sign. And oh ya with a couple of mistransformed transformers. :x

Technically, this would be "Black Zarak", considering Scorponok is "Mega Zarak", a Dark Scorponok would be "Dark Mega Zarak", or more appropariately, "Black Zarak".

Interesting how Hasbro side always show a more "truthful" image of the figures while Takara's tend to make theirs look really good in pictures. It seems Chromia might have problem balancing in most poses and would require the back kibble to support herself, similiar to Mirage/Shockfleet.

This might not be true.

Takara has yet to announce Primus. No magazine has scheduled Primus's release for November. The only Tf releases for November are:
•Transformers Binaltech: BT-16 Skids featuring Toyota bB - 5,000 Yen, 18th
•Transformers Binaltech Asterisk: BTA-3 "BROADBLAST" featuring Toyota bB Meets "LUMINA" - 5,500 Yen, 18th
•Transformers Galaxy Force TV DVD Volume 06 - 6,800 Yen, 23rd

I apologise for my previous speculation. That was before it was known that GC-23 Megalo Convoy would be the last normal release Galaxy Force figure. Currently we haven't even gotten confirmation of a GF Primus from Takara, much less a release date. The only word of a GF release is from Hasbro, when they made comments about comparing their version of Primus at Botcon; and of cos U-toys's coming soon site, which isn't very reliable to begin with since they are aiming to cater for pre-orders.

Edit: I will go check up on this to try and confirm if next month we'll see Primus. If it's really coming, I have no complaints either :D

Good news, meow and all, Galaxy Force C-00 Primus has been listed by HLJ (a relatively reliable and reputable source). But it's for a Feb release, which is still at least 4 months earlier than Cybertron's.

I think you're talking about the paintjob finish right? It's photoshopped. Colour wise has some difference too, most noteably is the gold hip piece.

Actually IMO, I think the pics of those minicons look pretty nice ... and I'm not even a fan of minicons. There's only a limited amount of transformation you can cram into a toy so small, and those three new fellows don't look any worse than what came before them :p

Once again hasbro added "a little something" to their packaging in their later waves..Armada having the "unicron battle sticker"..Energon having the card change to red and nw Cybertron with the "Primus Unleashed" logo added to its original packaging..

I saw a few at Taka last week. They weren't on the pegs - but I opened the drawer and found some. After I opened the drawer the salesgirl came out to rearrange and restock :p

TRU should have also. Today at OG sale oso got I think, but by the time I went there all gone liao - no discount Downshift for me :( RRP is about $26.90 I think ...

Yes. just like Leslie mentioned, it is alreadi available in singapore. I just got one from people's park OG.
I also got this cybertron excellion repaint from JP TRU. I already have this galaxyforce excellion, it is cool to get another of this mold with colour paying homage to G1 hot rod. I like the robot mode in particular as you can do the folding arm pose. Cool.:supz:
