I drink vitamin C and fibre gel 2 times a day. And I swim at least 3 times a week, at least 10 rounds everytime.
I do peel off mask at least once a day to prevent pimple.
So how do u keep ur health?
Eat more.. Drink more... Slp more!! N of coz.. more toys!! :D

Wow!! I wonder how you look like. Should be extremely radiant.
For me I go for run but nowadays seldom liao. Each run is about 6+ km and I eat two servings of fruits and try to eat about two servings of vege everyday also. :D

I think the only healthy thing in my lifestyle is drink HL milk regularly.

I think it's those normal mask that you put liao can peel off one lor. =))
Anyway must try different masks yourself coz different people got different skin types and may be sensitive to some.
I bought Neutrogena Pore Cleanser and Toner, after one use, tio outbreak... :shooting:
Tried Clean & Clear Fast Anti Pimple cream end up got worse... Also use once and that's it... And goosh, these things are ex!!

HAHAHA!!! I'm not only radiant, but 74 kg, very "king kong barbie".
I also have pimple problem last year (very scary), now my face is better than my friend, almost cannot find any pimple!
I also tried cheapest Clean & Clear toner and facial foam at watson before, but uselss.
And I tried Proactiv before too, it's VERY expensive, at the begining it helps, but because of the facial foam "microbeads" damage my recover pimple, my face cannot absolutely recover back.
Now I'm using Neutrogena toner, On-the-Spot Acne Treatment, and Freeman peel off mask (http://www.freemanbeauty.com/portal/store/store.asp?nProductID=1189&lngRootID=5014&navigationid=5019), they really helps. U can find them at Watsons.
The element in Neutrogena On-The-Spot: Benzoyl Peroxide is very useful when curing my pimple face.

Pore Refining Toner? I used that and I think it worked too well that my pores got clogged up and I end up having more pimples!! =))
Btw other than food, got to drink lotsa water and perspire it all out so that it will force out impurities in your body too. This is scientifically proven that you smell like what you eat, especially if you eat curry, your perspire will smell like it too.
That's why you see those people who don't really exercise and sweat it out usually smell abit weird, aka more BO. =))

wah keeping cheerful and have a positive attitude is a difficult thing for me to do. Any tips in doing that?
For my case :
- Having a bunch of toy fanatic bros to tok cok to
- Buying toys i like
- Looking at pretty girls
- Eating nice food
Main idea is to do wat u enjoy and naturally u will be cheerful! :D

I also have ever discussed "what is happiness" seriously with my another part.
"Comparing with other" does really help. See the beggar sitting on the street, counting how much coins he has. We only discover how lucky and happiness we are when we compare with those unlucky one.

i compare too, like hw come ppl can win toto and 4D but i cant (even though i dun buy them) or y ppl can dun need to work but still got a lot of money to spend... u noe, this kind of stuff :D

I used to keep healthy after NS by exercising and eating normally, than work got the better of me. Currently experiencing a "gear change" in age, so always feel tired...anyone the same?
My only healthy lifestyle now is to try and eat more fruits and either swim or run once a week. Must really pick up more excercising :cry:

Actually you can start exercising during your free time. :D
Most commonly people complain don't have time, but time is managed by ourselves. :)
Can use the time spent in forums to do some sports with friends. :)
No. 1 rule in slimming, do not go on diet as it forces your body to hibernate and start storing all the food that you take in your body, and in the end, those food are not used but stored and you gain more weight.

Just exercise when you can find free time. :)
Evening are cooling but it is said (most gym instructors told me)the best time to exercise is in the morning before you eat anything and you must perspire after you run, otherwise you ain't really working your body. :D
If you are trying to aim for improvement in your running timing, you have to push yourself to the limit every time you run otherwise you can't improve too. :)

Yeah, in Chinese we say: "人比人,气死人". Those people who deeply devoted into money/relationship, once they were dumped by gf/husband, or losing all money in one night, they go suicide. So looking for something which is more reliable would be better, e.g. health, family, education, etc. But we still can get cancer, betrayed by husband/wife, so we have to rely on what we believe.
Example some people don't believe on marriage, they don't believe in man/woman will be faithful to them forever, but it's not a matter for me, 因为我尝试过,爱过,我的人生没有后悔. This is what I believe.
I go gym 2-3 times a week during lunch time :D
play with my daughter, drink lots of water :D
now trying to cut down on carbo intake & take more fruits & greens :D
Boss, take your bicycle & go cycling at pasir ris park.... cycling is a good way to slim down your tummy :D
