My right hand always feel uncomfortable and tired after using mouse more than 30 mins. Is there any method to prevent RSI?
Here's some of my solutions, which one is the best?
1. swift to left or right hand when using mouse
2. use tablet/pen
3. use trackball
4. use 3M Renaissance vertical mouse, etc.
So any method/ mouse u tried before?

This might also be due to your table is too high for you??
This is more on Ergonomics, to have correct sitting position and PC arrangement in your working partition.
Those mouse that you mentioned are more for this purposes. But even after getting the mouse, you may still encounter the same problem.
Normally the main cause is table too high, chair too low, causes your shoulders not in resting position.
You may want to read more about it at: http://www.hpb.gov.sg/hpb/default.asp?pg_id=865&aid=230
Hope this helps ;)
may due to you moving your wrist only instead of your whole hand :D

I think this is what happen to most people, due to ergonomics.
But of course if anywhere you go, the same problem arises, than it may be that the shape of your wrist is slightly different. A good method will than be to use the pen.

Thankyou everyone, yeah my computer desk is too high comparing with my chair. I've bought a new chair, but I'm not planning to buy new mouse, I'll just swift to left hand if right hand tired. But I found that I cannot think nicely when using left hand....hahaha.
