Hi, anyone got good ideas to promote this forum? Here are some ideas:

1)Print pocket calendar/flyers to be distributed at CSC.
2)1st 20 new active forumers registered after 1stJun05 with more than 100 'good' posts will received a small token(gift). Sponsored by whoever want to contribute haha :D
3)Quiz/competition with attractive prizes :mrgreen:

Please flood in your suggestions to my those folks here that put in hard work to set up this forum haha :hello:

think the best way is still put the calander at your stall &/or drop the calander into the plastic bag when sales close.
then we gotta wait paitiencely liao...

currently our forum has near to 60 people liao & is getting more active...
should be ok ......
think we need more toy people to contribute as well :D

Yeap, got $65.00 budget to print calendar with the logo on it.

Alvin, can use the 1st mascot(the one very nice) as the base and the wording sld be www.hobbyhype.com can liao. Then the back is the calendar. Think we can print year06 so ppl will keep it and not throw away :D

If Budget not enough, i will sell more of my loose gasha toys :salute:

Yeah, this should be the more proactive way for the moment.

I suggest we hold a contest when member rate hit 100! We will hold the game at a planned timing and get everybody to login to play, gurantee plus warranty it will be fun :hello:

today i saw a very creative calender, quiet nice. i think i'll propose that to be our calendar shape. let me check out the costing and let you all know, if the funding not enough i can chip in a little lah (poor ppl mah...anyone want to join me? chip in together? maybe $15 or $20...donation loh...any amount oso can)..i prefer to hv more funding so that we can do a nicer card to distribute out and make it more effective...wat think you guys?? :D

Alvin, is the calendar really nice? $250 for 1000pcs meaning $0.25 apiece might be too high. Thinking if we use normal type, maybe can print a few thousands, then we can go for greater mass. What i m more worry is ppl just throw away, then $$ invested cld be wasted. Anyway, if the design is so attractive, then its another story :D
