Reading of Chinese characters

I have did some changes to the files to let it work with Chinese characters.

Please post any errors you see, especially any wierd characters like ???.
The encoding for you internet browser should be UTF-8 to be able to see.

Members please take note that if you change the language in your profile to Simplified Chinese, you may encounter problems with encoding, especially with post by other members.

We will be looking at the issue.
