I guess you have heard bits and pieces of coming movies made on comics: here are some of those i have heard:

Captain America(no mention on the male and female leads)
Ghost Rider(Nicholas Cage doing the Ghost rider himself)
Iron Man(Read rumors that Leonardo de Caprioh or Tom Cruise is doing a Tony Stark)
Battle Angel Aelita(Heard that James cameron is doing the directing. Think he is going to pioneer cinema experience with 3D movie)

then we have the coming ones liked Superman lives, Batman Begins and lastly the FF4(frankly saying i think it wil bomb)

Yeah FF4 doesn't look good to me too, especially that Thing rubber suit. Also on the way are Sin City, X3 and Spiderman 3.
