E.C: i notice the change in the colour scheme which i think is on the right track(good job). Looks more vibrant and i think more new users will latch onto it well. do explore other things that might improve the user experience,try to avoid gimicky things to entice. in the end in the user friendliness and forum content that pulls in the crowd.
