I also don't know ler, my avatar surpose to be animated but after loading it coming motionless :D

Actually animated avatars are allowed here as long as the filesize is still within 15kb and image does not exceed 120x120 pixels. :)

For images not animated, maybe you all can try uploading again? There may be some problem due to the recent software upgrade. Hades told me before also but I cant confirm the answer.

However, there may be people who find animated images annoying and disturbing. This way, you may want to change the settings in your browsers. For IE, it is under Internet Options > Advanced > Multimedia > Play animations in web pages.

For animated gifs, you have to choose those less than 15kb, unless you want to take the time to edit some frames or do your own.

Actually if want to set some specials for certain groups to have bigger size also can, but at the moment maybe we just stay as normal, save some loading time :whistling
