But the graphics doesn't looks appealing to me in NDS. PS1 graphics are so much better than NDS. At least got some freaking CG for us to view...

This game should brought towards PSP imo, at least the graphics are suitable for this handheld console..

Anyway, this is a great news to all biohazard fans :supz: I'm 1 of the fans too :D Bought all the series for my gamecube.

Costs me a hard time to gets my RE 2, 3 and some of the guide books(I bought every game guides for every series, crazy huh... )

Estimated date to arrive in SG stores: 18/02/2006

The review was given in Mar issue of Nintendo Power, those going to Kinokuniya can take a look.

Synopsis:
A remake of the first Resident Evil game with the DS's unique feature set in mind as you work your way through the now classic storyline involving Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield and that well-known mansion that introduced the world to Resident Evil back in 1996. Zombies are now smarter and actually work their way around doors as they chase after you. You'll find that there's no solace in a room that you think you've completely freed from zombie infestation. Whereas the original game focused more on puzzle solving, the new version's "rebirth mode" design places a heavy emphasis on action with more enemies and ammo. Also, nearly half the puzzles have been freshly upgraded providing new challenges for fans. The DS's special features are being put to use in the remake as well, as you use the touchpad to solve puzzles and slash at zombies. Also featured are 2-4 player wireless mode (in Co-Op and VS challenges).

I saw the screen shots from the gamefaqs for this game. The graphic itself totally loses when comparing to PS1 ver :(

I vividly remember playing the first original Resident Evil long ago, in the wee hours alone in my house. That was one of my first few PS games. During the first zombie cut scene, as the big zombie face turned around to look at me.. I got scared!! hahahaha :D

I also kenna that time, but can't remember the scene. That was NS time, so only time to play is weekend in the wee hours :beg:

I think the graphics are still quite good, some scenes are a direct re-make from the 1st PS game. The problem is may not be able to finish the game if difficulty is too high. I didn't even complete RE2 & 3.

TRy the RE4 for PS2, very fun playgame... you can even do a kungfu kick or a back power slam like those in WWE on those zombie once you shot them in the legs(They will kneel down), and of course there's the headsmashing, body blowing bloody part that add gore to this serie.

I trying to save enough so i can buy a unlimited Rocket Launcher at the end of the game and blast those zombies!
