Points withdraw??

I've problems withdrawing the points. I tried withdrawing 8000 points from the bank but it just deducting 8000 points from me but I can't gets the 8000 points on hand. What's going on??

I tried before also, seems like you cant withdraw more than a certain amount at one go, although I cant remember how much is it. Maybe you do it a few times than can get them out :)

The problem is that the 8000 points already lost. I've tried withdraw 300 points but still the same thing happen. Now left 10000 points. Dun dare to withdraw liao... Anyway to get back the 8000 points??
