URL inserting...

Boss, i found out that inserting a website can be quite tricky here lor. I always have to refer to BBCode to rem how to insert the URL TEXT for the site i wish to link to, abit hard for non pc users lor...

I guess this one bobian, since the forum is open source, so it wont be as good as those who use in established forums. But if one day...hope it comes...when it grows big, than may consider to purchase more robust system that dun have to configure, but really expensive lor :cry:

So you all may have to tahan some of the lack of features :)

What i meant is this
comicspolitan website (http://www.comicspolitan.com/)

Both use the same URL, but the 2nd one has inserted text to elaborate it further.

Yah, its when you want the text to appear different, than have to type the code. Actually the same code is used for those "big" forums, just that their software allows users an easier way to key in the URL.

While I'm inserting the below link
http://www.hpogner-art.com/selena/Death%20Note%2000/
and named it as DN while using the hyperlink tool

It came out to be
(URL=DN)http://www.hpogner-art.com/selena/Death%20Note%2000/(/URL)
which is a wrong 1

It should be (URL=http://www.hpogner-art.com/selena/Death%20Note%2000/)DN(/URL)

Pls helps us to mend the error

I know what is going on liao.

The hyperlink tool asked for text first follow by URL link. No wonder I makes a mistake.

Because I gets used with other forum as they normally asked for URL first than the text.

Anyway can inverts to another way round?? I mean insert the URL first than follows the text.
