Not that I collect, but remembered it was a craze say bout 5 years back or so. I hardly see any at conventions, flea marts & so now. Where's all the Barbie gone?

Those at malls & dept stores are kiddies toys. I remembered there used to be lots of hype & media with some hardcore collectors who spent a fortune on vintage & really rare ones with collaborations with big time designers & stars. Wonder why all that went quiet all of a sudden, are toy hobbies such short lived? Only a short life span?

Just wondering how long will our 1/6 Hot Toys trend last b4 they drop in popularity & pricings. Seen this happen to earlier Medicom RAH already.

I think unless another company comes along producing 1/6 figures better then HT, if not i do not see them dropping in popularity or pricings.
Decline in Medicom RAH is due to the same reason as above IMO, HT is simply better. :)

You're right about HT, they are simply better. Medicom's RAH line quality is getting bad, the company is focussing on their Bearbrick & all that limited edition hype stuffs.L-)
