寻秦记 mini comics

Anybody ever seen this? Most CC have them, china small size full colour version going for $3 each.

Its TPB mini size...I flip before and the quality is not bad, although words abit small, its very compact and total of 50 issues about $150. Other like 神兵 is not good, b/w version.

colour version one?? i saw some china comic selling at peoples park book exhibition....quality no good leh....although not mini size...title like slam dunk oso hv...but the printing ....is like....OHMYGOD!! :shock:

i like the 小说 more than comics, see the cover for colored A4 size comics, not very pretty leh. i also bought 大唐双龙传小说 before, all 63 bks carry all the way back from jb :P anyone read 黄易's other 小说？which one as good as the above mentioned 2?

I also getting the msia version for 大唐, stopped at issue 50 last year. usually got from Bras basah but expensive lor, in SGD. 2 years back went to KL look for them but no shops selling. My 寻秦记 also msia version, but till issue 16, all half half :laugh: :laugh:

meow: bian huang can get HK version, msia version seems like not steady as there are missing issues.

Boss confirm comics can do ah? I read 1st 20 issues before only. This is china version, mini size, but I find the quality not bad, most impt its cheap :rock:

but HK ones are small n expensive...some more so many copies...if complete the whole series, sure pok kai liao.... :laugh:

oh wow, i liked huangyi's special way of writing sword-fighting, a few pts i learn from him are: 寻秦记：one can use the surrounding during fighting :D And friends can become enemies and vice versa depending on motives :D for 大唐: i esply liked the part where he uses 2 storyline, meaning tell story of one character halfway then switch to other one then back again etc...

i bought mine outside The Store 2nd floor, got a dark dark bkshop there, at least many yrs ago :P Sg rental shop got sell (AMK jubilee), some libraries have also (tampines and central got 寻秦记) :D i think i bought mine at $3 a bk.

I think I have to tongpang Fire to buy from me the remaining copies, at least its only half the price there :supz:

One thing about 寻秦记 is that the story have to read one shot, I once stopped for few months and cant catch up, because the connection between characters is very confusing, but that makes it interesting, wont have the feeling of "cheated" :laugh:

ha, I just got the 1st book, 3 issues inside, so works out to be $1 per issue :laugh: . Comments:

1. Very compact, and printing not bad
2. The pulbishers really take the time to convert everything to simplified chinese :salute: . It is not a bad idea though, because given its small size, less strokes means that the wordings are clearer.
3. erm....the text although still clear, is slightly small.

I just got it for testing because never bought any mini size before, may or may not continue, but for those who dun mind the size, it is a nice compact collection.

is it printed in china one? i saw a lot at china town and JB....but those i saw the paper used were pretty lousy leh... so i nvr buy any...

yes this printed in china, but paper is ok, colour printed on white paper. Other titles printed in b/w cannot make it, I sneeze upon flipping them.
