I like to express some personal comments.

Actually, i always have problems joining u guys since the 1st meeting. Reasons for coz i think the arrangements tend to be abit rush. Why not we fix on a exact date/time a few weeks in advance, then start jotting down names of members who are coming or interested to come? Aterall, whats impt is to gather members right? This way, we can let the members feel more at home and know each others.
Coz i notice the date will change even just a few days before the decided date. This can pose some problems for some members who might have already shift appointments to fit the schedule. I will try my best to come for the next meeting if there is really no clash with other stuff. :salute:

ok..as for the agenda...EC, your side got anything to update us...example, those task that u list down earlier that need to carry out, plus the newsletter, comic recruitment....i think we can discuss quiet a few stuff this time round...

Totally agreed with Kazuki....it's good to fix up a time, place & date.
so member can plan for the meet up & not worry about whether the date will change again....
Too bad we all stay different part of sg, else can just meet up say Fri nite 10 or 11 pm at kopi tiam, cheap & can sit long long.... :D
