anyone went for the pussy experience?
STOMPer Cheryl had an extremely disappointing experience at KittyLab, as she says the service lacked coordination and the staff were rude. She elaborates:
"My boyfriend and I were looking forward to the KittyLab experience and even got tickets early.
"However, after purchasing our tickets online, we did not receive any email confirmation. After many calls, speaking to different staff, and clarification emails being sent back and forth for a week, a staff ensured us that we only needed to produce our NRIC on the day of visit.
"So much hassle just to confirm this fact! Why were the support staff so uncoordinated and slow in their responses?
"Anyway, on the actual day, we went on our 'journey' through KittyLab. The games and exhibits were all good but we had to rush through and complete the all the mini games at the stipulated stations in under 35 minutes so as to get a 'Good Citizen Badge'.
"So why did the organisers mislead us by saying it was going to be a one-and-a-half hour experience?
"We were told we couldn't re-enter KittyLab, so we headed to the souvenir store. The make-shift store is just horrible-looking! There was nil decoration and everything just seemed so run down! If we're paying this much, why don't the organisers even bother to make the whole place (from start to end) a thoroughly enjoyable and pretty one?
"Upon exiting the event, my boyfriend and I went to queue up for the photo-taking session at the KTO kiosk just outside and that's when things started to get even uglier!
"I wanted to change my cards (for the photo-taking session) for a Hello Kitty one. One staff told me I could do so at the counter, but when I approached the staff at the counter, one of them snapped at me and told me there was strictly no exchange!
"I saw another couple who managed to change, so I asked another staff. And I got snapped at again! We argued for a good 3 minutes or so and she was literally hissing and staring at me!
"What kind of service is this? Did I pay to get snapped at? No, I didn't! I paid to go for KittyLab because of Hello Kitty and because I wanted to enjoy!
"The weird thing was, after she stalked off, none of the staff there could tell me her name. This is a serious and major communication breakdown between the staff, and most of them seemed unenthusiastic about working there.
"I wonder if anyone else encountered such poor service attitude or my boyfriend and I were just plain unlucky on the ill-fated day?"
loled at that one..
but really sad day for service in SGP.
