Its back, pretty disappointing last year IIRC, hopefully this time round will have more range for collectors instead of kids, though i doubt so....:)

Due to they are able to set up the stalls, thus they proceed with the sales today :(

Heard that most of the goodies are gone, snapped by familiar faces.

No Kamen Rider nor Nerf Gun stuff sighted.

DCSH wave 3 robin, batman, ..wave 1 bane $10 .. all gone within the first 3 minutes wave 1 brainiac still have 4 or so at 3 plus
DCSH darkseid, Bizarro, white super girl, kal-el, mongul $10 ..plentiful
JLU 10" ..$10 lots of it ..but the hourman kena wiped out within the first 30 mins I think

Batman tumbler $40 ... gone by the time I returned at 4 plus pm
Batman Movie Master Wave 1 $15 ..got scarecrow, batman & joker
5" batman 2 for $15 lots of it
bat copter, also have
Gaiking $45 ..gone by 11 plus am
TF optimus prime blaster $10 ... gone by 1 plus pm I think
Still have TFA leader class Megatron, bulkhead $30
TF movie scenes $15 .. Capture of bumble bee gone by afternoon, final stand bumble bee still have, barricade gone by 1 plus
Lots of Masked rider hibiki weapons (between $20 to $35 ..blade sword, leangle staff, chalice crossbow) but these are same or higher priced than OG
Hibiki and blade figures $2 .. lots of it
Power rangers wild force accessories also $25 or above I think (not cheap)
Power Ranger operation overdrive Megazords ($35 and above)
Hulk movie hands $5
Indy Jones 3.75 " 5 for $5
Indy Jones deluxe fig 3 for $10
Mio pup..robot ..$20 ..all gone by 1 plus
Legacy of Kain 10" Radziel $10
King of Fighter 10 or 12" fig $10 ..gone within the first hour
Maistro vehicles, Burago vehicles $20 ..by the buckloads
Lots of kung Fu panda, some Avatar , some Harry Porter, Speedracer kiddy toys
Astroboy

Notable absentees were Mcfarlane, Gundam, the japanese anime stuff
But at least there was Hasbro

Well, that doesn't sound very fair, starting earlier without informing the general public - or did they?

I'm sure the "familiar faces" had their own info as to the actual start date, though.

Taka doesn't love the little guy, I guess :( .

Actually depends on what you are looking for and the price you are willing to pay ...

There were TF universe voyager class figures on sale at taka last week $20 (dun think CSC have such prices) .. for some of the newer figs ..prob head to CSC ..but for rock bottom prices of older releases .. imo ..nothing beats taka .. imagine $1 for each indy fig ..they dun call it the craziest sale for nothing

ps: last year taka pulled the same stunt of starting a day earlier ..so this year I called them up on Tuesday evening, and sure enough .. deja vu ...
lesson learnt : called them next year prior to the sale to confirm actual date
